I have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years and I am a registered Personal Trainer Practioner with the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
From an early age, I always had a passion for health and fitness. In the past I have completed half marathons, played football most of my youth and currently train 5 times a week to maintain my own fitness level.
I regularly update my fitness knowledge and expertise through continuing professional development. I believe one to one training is the best way to kickstart your fitness regime and achieve results.
Over the years I have trained clients from various backgrounds with different fitness goals and abilities. I offer a unique and individual approach which is proven to work, by encouraging rather than intimidating, while also helping you to gain the necessary knowledge in how your body functions and adjusts to training. This should help you to make gradual lifestyle changes that will enable you to achieve your goals more realistically, without causing injuries.
