I have been training with Jit for the past 18 months. With his guidance and consistency in our training sessions, I have lost over twenty pounds in weight. Not only am I slimmer, but fitter and stronger. Jit has helped to keep me motivated, as his sessions are never boring and he always pushes me that little bit further. This is not my first experience with personal trainer and in the past I seemed to lose interest. However with jit’s help and varied workouts I am reaching my goals.

I have been training with Jit for over two years as my personal trainer. I started out to get my arms fitter to play tennis, but once I started, I got hooked to getting toned all over. I regularly train with Jit once a week, with about half an hour of boxing as well,and have certainly noticed the difference with my fitness level. Jit motivates me and doesn’t spend our training time chatting, which is good. Having a personal trainer is great for me, I am a very busy working mother, and having this time once a week is the only ‘me’ time I get. I would have no problems recommending Jit to any one, he works me hard, and is very encouraging.

Since training with Jit, I am now-1 dress sizes smaller, a stone less-in weight and I completed my first 10km run this month! However, I am still drinking occasional mocha’s, eating puddings and going out for meals now and again. Jit has to take all the credit for motivating me and making me exercise harder than I have ever done before. He also has the ability to take the pain away by making me laugh, even when I feel like my legs have turned to jelly he encourages me to push myself that bit further. Even on the coldest, darkest mornings I find myself looking forward to being put through my paces whilst being entertained by Jit. My stamina has improved immensely and I now feel so much better inside and out. I never believed those people who said exercise could be addictive but with the right personal trainer and a program suited to me I now couldn’t imagine exercise not being a part of my day to day routine. Jit has been my personal trainer for several years and I use his services two times a week. I have found him understanding of my goals - which is simply to keep reasonably fit as a way of helping to control my diabetes.
Ever since school days, I have never had any self- motivation for exercise but Jit is very patient and understanding. However, he can also be quite tough in order for me to stay focussed on achieving my goals. He tries to provide variety to workouts to keep up interest and motivation.--
Jit is very reliable and competent and I enjoy his sessions.

I have been training with Jit for two years. My main goals are to increase my fitness levels and maintain a healthy, stable body weight. Jit's expertise in health and fitness certainly enables me to achieve these goals.
Jit's sessions are always varied and challenging. These sessions include a variety of boxing, using kettlebells, core stability exercises to name but a few methods of training. Jit has educated me in making exercise and healthy eating a daily part of my life, as he has taught me exercises that I can also carry out on my own at home.

Jit has been my personal trainer for the last six years. He is enthusiastic and flexible. He listens to your requirements and then develops a training plan taking into account your ability any medical problems and your aims.
He is totally aware of his client during each session and is not distracted by anything else that is going on around him.
I particularly enjoy the boxing/sparring sessions that he introduced me to, bought myself some gloves and have not looked back since.
